MicroDev Open Frame 7″ – industrial performance solution
MicroDev Open Frame 7″ is a high-performance open-frame module for industrial applications. It’s a solution based on a 7″ LCD-TFT with a resolution of 1024×600 px, brightness of 350 cd/m2, and viewing angles at six o’clock (6:00). Its proper positioning – above the eye line so that the user looks at it ‘from below’ – will ensure excellent content readability, even in intensely lit spaces (e.g., production facilities). Moreover, the operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C guarantees proper module functioning in extremely low and high temperatures. The described module is equipped with a capacitive touch panel for intuitive operation, making it a perfect solution for modern HMIs.
The MicroDev Open Frame 7″ module can be combined with additional components supplied by Engicam, increasing its capabilities. These include, e.g., MicroDev Carrier Board – a compact motherboard based on MicroGEA STM32MP1 and MicroGEA MX6ULL modules providing a wide range of interfaces such as 3G, WiFi, BT, Ethernet, USB, and serial ports (the standard for this module is: LVDS, USB, and I2C). Thanks to this combination, MicroDev Open Frame 7″ becomes a fully functional device, ready to work in even the most demanding environments.
