Experience developed since 1995
Unisystem was founded in 1995 as a company operating in the electronics market. Over time, display technologies became one of the key areas of our development.
Since 2010, we have been consistently developing our expertise in the customization of display-based solutions, creating modules tailored to specific customer applications. Every project is built on many years of experience and the knowledge of our specialists.

Solution Department Capabilities

Display technology selection
LCD, OLED or EPD? Not every technology is suitable for every application. We help select the display solution best aligned with project requirements, taking into account the operating environment, user interaction model and expected device lifetime.

Display and touch panel integration
We integrate displays with touch panels, selecting the touch technology according to the requirements of each application. We focus on precision, response speed and interface stability, adjusting panel parameters to the way the device is used and the conditions in which it operates.

Protective glass selection
We select protective glass, its thickness, suitable coatings and adhesive layers according to the optical and mechanical requirements of the application. We take into account display readability, module durability, operating conditions, mounting method and front panel aesthetics.

Connection modifications
We adapt connection routing, including signal tapes and cables, to the device structure and its mechanical constraints. We select solutions compatible with the interface of the customer’s electronics.

Touch panel calibration
We adjust touch sensitivity for operation in the presence of liquids, contamination, interference and glove use. Calibration improves interface stability, reduces accidental activations and adapts panel operation to the device’s real usage model.

Electronics and controller design
We design electronics that support the operation of display-based modules, including PCBs, controllers, control circuits and connection solutions. In selected projects, we also develop advanced circuits, up to the main electronics of the customer’s device. This allows us to better adapt the control method to the requirements of a specific application.

Peripheral component selection
We extend display-based modules with components such as computers, signal converters, power supply systems, controllers, cameras, scanners, buttons and other elements required for end-device integration. This allows us to create complete solutions ready for integration.

Mechanics and mounting elements
We design frames, mounts, mechanical elements and solutions that simplify module integration into the end device. We take into account structural constraints, mounting methods, additional mechanical durability requirements and the aesthetics of the device front.

Prototype development
We prepare module prototypes that allow design assumptions to be verified before moving to the next stages. This makes it possible to test the solution’s functionality, check its integration with the end device and introduce potential modifications early in the project.

Testing and preparation for implementation
We verify module operation before implementation to reduce technical risk in later project stages. We check integration quality, operating stability, module functionality and its adaptation to conditions similar to the final application.
