The UST101HWLNCU00 is a 10.1-inch TFT LCD in the Unisystem Pro line, designed for outdoor equipment and devices used in strong ambient light. Its brightness of 1,900 cd/m² maintains good image readability even in direct sunlight. The 1280 × 800-pixel resolution provides a clear view of complex control interfaces, process data, messages and visualisations.

The LVDS interface provides stable image transmission with reduced susceptibility to interference. The projected capacitive (PCAP) touch panel uses an ILITEK ILI2520 controller. Touch settings can be configured to suit the intended application, including operation with gloves, in the presence of water and in environments subject to electromagnetic interference.

Optical bonding joins the TFT LCD, touch panel and cover glass, reducing reflections, improving contrast and readability, and increasing the rigidity of the module. The 4 mm cover glass provides IK08 impact resistance, while a UV-resistant layer limits the effects of prolonged sun exposure on the module. Mounting tape on the cover glass simplifies integration with the enclosure or front panel. The absence of a metal mounting frame allows the mounting method to be tailored to the device design.

The display operates from −20 to +70°C, making it suitable for environments with fluctuating temperatures. It has a mean time between failures (MTBF) of up to 100,000 hours, with planned product availability of up to 10 years. The UST101HWLNCU00 can be used in outdoor HMI panels, ticket vending machines, parking meters, parcel lockers and self-service machines, passenger information systems and control terminals.
