From 18 to 20 November 2025, the IFEMA Madrid exhibition center hosted MATELEC 2025 – one of the key events for the European electronics industry. This year’s edition proved to be an intense and inspiring experience for Unisystem, filled with valuable conversations and meetings focused both on ongoing projects and on future market needs. Our interactions with visitors confirmed how rapidly this sector is evolving and how strong the demand is for advanced information visualization technologies.

Our presence at the fair
During MATELEC 2025, we showcased a wide portfolio of display technologies supporting the development of modern consumer, commercial, and industrial devices. Our booth became a place for in-depth discussions with companies looking for advanced data visualization solutions.
Visitors represented a broad range of industries. In most conversations, a common theme emerged: the need for reliable components that withstand environmental conditions, deliver high image quality, and can be tailored to specific design requirements.
A major advantage of trade fairs is the ability to talk directly with partners and customers, explore concrete application scenarios for our technologies, and exchange professional experience. Such meetings always provide new perspectives on market needs and the directions of future development.
Technologies and solutions on display
During the event, we presented not only proven components from our portfolio but also proprietary solutions developed for the most demanding professional applications.
One such product is our capacitive touch button – designed for reliable operation in harsh industrial environments where precision, durability, and resistance to external factors are essential. The button ensures accurate touch detection even through glass up to four millimeters thick, while its calibration capabilities allow it to be fine-tuned for the specifics of each application.
The device can be operated while wearing gloves, which is particularly important in production, medical, and laboratory environments where personal protective equipment is standard. Integrated light and sound indicators create an intuitive, multisensory interface that simplifies device operation even under challenging conditions. Importantly, the button can be used both in completely new projects and as a modern, durable, and hygienic replacement for traditional mechanical switches.
A look back from our team
Participation in the fair is not only about presenting technology – it is above all an opportunity to speak directly with partners, customers, and manufacturers across different sectors. These face-to-face meetings best reflect the atmosphere of the event and help assess its real business potential.
Here is how Jan Ochociński, Head of International Sales at Unisystem, described this year’s edition:
“The MATELEC trade fair was very successful for us. Spain is an extremely interesting market – dynamic, open to modern technologies, and genuinely interested in high-quality information visualization solutions. The conversations we held there confirmed the strong potential for cooperation in developing HMI solutions. I am convinced that this was our first, but certainly not our last, participation in MATELEC.”
Thank you for meeting with us!
We would like to thank everyone who visited our booth. We are pleased that we could share our expertise, better understand market expectations, and present technologies that support the development of professional electronic devices.
See you at upcoming industry events!
