The WO320240H-TFH is a professional 320×240 monochrome graphic LCD module from Winstar featuring FSTN Positive technology with transflective polarizer for excellent visibility. This WO320240H-TFH display offers an active area of 76.79×57.59mm with 6 o’clock viewing direction, powered by IST3088 controller and 8080 interface. Operating across industrial temperature range (-20~70°C), it includes built-in voltage generator and LED white backlight. Compact dimensions of 94.20×80.60×6.05mm make it ideal for embedded systems and industrial applications.

This module can operate in a stable and failure-free way for a long period within wide range of temperatures. Thanks to such option, it may be successfully applied e.g. in transportation and automotive industry.
Apart from controller’s logic voltage supply, to obtain a suitable contrast the display requires an additional voltage. Thanks to an inbuilt voltage generator, there is no need to supply the display with outer voltage.
