The VisionSOM-STM32MP1 SLS18 is a compact SODIMM200 System on Module powered by STM32MP1 processor featuring ARM Cortex-A7 cores up to 650MHz and Cortex-M4 at 209MHz with 3D GPU. This industrial-grade SoM offers 512MB DDR3L RAM, flexible eMMC or microSD storage, and optional 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v5.1 connectivity. VisionSOM-STM32MP1 SLS18 provides dual Ethernet, dual USB OTG, MIPI-DSI display interface, and multiple UART ports. Ideal for HMI, IoT gateways, industrial automation, and embedded Linux applications requiring -40 to +85°C operation.
