The VisionSOM-RT SLS12 is a compact SODIMM200 System-on-Module powered by NXP i.MX RT processor with ARM Cortex-M7 core running at 600MHz. This industrial-grade SOM features 32MB SDRAM, 16MB QuadSPI Flash, and supports FreeRTOS for real-time applications. VisionSOM-RT SLS12 offers extensive connectivity including 5x UART, 2x USB, dual Ethernet, I²C, SPI, CAN, SDIO, and LCD interfaces. Operating reliably from -40 to +85°C, the VisionSOM-RT SLS12 is ideal for industrial IoT, HMI, home automation, and embedded control systems requiring real-time performance and robust connectivity.
