The StarSOM-6ULL SLS06 is a compact System on Module powered by NXP i.MX 6ULL processor with ARM Cortex-A7 core up to 900MHz. This industrial-grade SoM features up to 1GB DDR3L RAM, up to 32GB eMMC, and optional Murata 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v5.1 connectivity. StarSOM-6ULL SLS06 offers extensive interface options including dual Ethernet with on-board PHY, multiple UART ports, USB interfaces, and display support. Designed for industrial IoT and embedded applications, the StarSOM-6ULL SLS06 operates reliably in -40 to +85°C temperature range, making it ideal for HMI, POS terminals, home automation, and robotics applications.
