Designed for applications requiring a near but large field of view, this module is perfect for custom scanner housing designs. The RT830i offers customization options for PCB size, camera size, and illumination to meet specific requirements.

Applications: The RT830i is designed for embedded use in various self-service and kiosk applications, including ATMs, ticket terminals, turnstiles, lockers, queuing equipment, self-service inquiry terminals, and medical devices. It decodes a wide range of 1D and 2D barcodes, such as Aztec, MaxiCode, QR, Data Matrix, PDF417, and EAN codes. Optimized for mobile phone barcode reading, it can be embedded under glass for dust-proof and rain-proof use in both indoor and outdoor environments.

The scanner supports sense mode, which automatically detects and reads barcodes, and includes built-in USB, RS232, and TTL-232 interfaces.
