Descripción
El VisionSOM-RT117x SLS14 de SoMLabs es un módulo SODIMM200 de alto rendimiento basado en el procesador de doble núcleo NXP i.MX RT1176 con Cortex-M7 a 1 GHz y Cortex-M4 a 400 MHz y 2 MB de RAM en chip. Esta VisionSOM-RT117x SLS14 ofrece hasta 128 MB de SDRAM y 32 MB de QSPI Flash, y es compatible con FreeRTOS para aplicaciones integradas en tiempo real. Equipado con 3x Ethernet de hasta 1 Gbps con TSN/AVB, 2x USB, 3x CAN-FD y múltiples interfaces UART, I²C y SPI, ofrece una conectividad robusta. Su funcionamiento industrial de -40 a +85 °C garantiza la fiabilidad en entornos exigentes.
