Integration and Fun at the Unisystem Integration Event: Safety, Cooperation and Sportsmanship.

On July 5, a unique team-building event was held in front of Unisystem’s headquarters, bringing together all the company’s employees and those of its sister company, Riverdi. The event was a great opportunity to build relationships, learn and have fun together, emphasizing the importance of cooperation and integration in daily work.

The event began with a unique fire training in the form of a performance. Each participant had a chance to test himself as a firefighter, extinguishing a small fire under the watchful eye of instructors. Then, the participants entered the smoke chamber, where they were tasked with finding a hidden fire extinguisher. This part of the program allowed employees to gain practical knowledge of safety procedures in a fire emergency, which is extremely important in any workplace.

The fire training not only enriched the participants with new knowledge, but also strengthened their sense of teamwork and responsibility. Dealing with simulated threats together has helped build trust and improve communication among employees, resulting in better cooperation in daily tasks.

After the intensive training, participants were able to relax at a barbecue. Flavorful food, a warm atmosphere and relaxed conversations fostered further integration. Employees of both companies had the opportunity to get to know each other better, exchange experiences and make new valuable contacts. Such informal meetings are key to building strong relationships within the company, which directly affects team effectiveness and job satisfaction.

There was also plenty of sports excitement at the event. A foosball competition was organized, which attracted many eager to compete. It was an excellent opportunity to demonstrate strategic skills and athletic fighting spirit.
