The VisionSOM-RT-ETH SLS13 is a compact SODIMM200 System-on-Module powered by NXP i.MX RT1052 with Cortex-M7 core at 600MHz. Featuring 32MB SDRAM, 16MB QSPI Flash, and on-board 10/100 Ethernet PHY, this VisionSOM-RT-ETH SLS13 delivers real-time performance for industrial IoT and embedded applications. Supports FreeRTOS with multiple interfaces including Ethernet, USB, UART, SDIO, I²C, SPI, and CAN. Industrial-grade design operates from -40 to 85°C, ideal for HMI, automation, and control systems.
