The VisionSOM-iMX93 SLS26 is a high-performance SODIMM200 System on Module powered by NXP i.MX 93 dual-core Cortex-A55 at 1.7GHz and Cortex-M33 at 250MHz with integrated NPU for AI and ML applications. VisionSOM-iMX93 SLS26 features up to 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and 32GB eMMC storage with optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. This industrial-grade module supports MIPI-DSI FullHD and LVDS HD displays plus dual Gigabit Ethernet and CAN-FD interfaces. Operating from -40 to +85°C the VisionSOM-iMX93 SLS26 is ideal for HMI IoT gateways and embedded Linux applications requiring advanced processing power and AI capabilities.
