The VisionSOM-G2L SLS21 is a high-performance SODIMM200 System on Module powered by Renesas RZ/G2L dual-core processor featuring 2x Cortex-A55 at 1.2GHz and 1x Cortex-M33 at 200MHz. VisionSOM-G2L SLS21 includes 1GB DDR4 RAM, up to 32GB eMMC, and optional 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v5.1 connectivity. Equipped with ARM Mali-G31 GPU, MIPI-DSI display, MIPI-CSI camera, dual Gigabit Ethernet, dual USB 2.0, and 2x CAN-FD interfaces. Operating temperature range -40~85°C makes it ideal for industrial IoT, machine vision, HMI, and embedded Linux applications.
